Paranoid on indefinite hold
Paranoid has been my baby project after I finished my education. I wanted to make a deep immersive game simulation that would mimic a players day to day. Unfortunately today I'm having to make the hard choice of putting the game on an indefinite hold due to the unfortunate circumstance with the windows operating system.
The game is supposed to be primarily for windows and as such the main build of the game has been coming of windows as well as having some really cool features due to how open the windows operating system can be for programming in Unity. Unfortunately I have fell to the SSD corruption on the latest windows build which has whipped the last two progressive changed* versions of the game build off my pc and as result of the windows co-pilot gaining more disruptive access to privacy I am also making the decision to move my builds as well as my everyday pc to Linux. I would like to eventually make a Windows build of this game but for now any future version of the game is going to be built up through Linux aswell as be on a (hopefully) temporary hold until I can give a proper update to the games future as well as pass through updates on the game.
TLDR: current build of paranoid is lost due to SSDs failure, my full support of the game will be prioritize on Linux and maybe sometime future will get windows support depending on how Microsoft deals with there anti-privacy methods
